140characters.ca is a project created to share and showcase different stories and viewpoints from an array of people, through portraits and text. Originally spawned from a desire to do a portraits series themed around 140 Toronto Twitter characters, we decided to expand the scope and explore different themes to photograph and present in this forum.
Sponsorship
All strong brands have passionate customers that support them. And with each customer, there is usually a story to be told about why they love that brand. Let me tell the story around your brand in 140 characters. We are currently looking for sponsorships to start up new themes on this site. Let us capture your customers and share their stories with the world in a unique way.
The Website
140characters.ca is powered by WordPress and hosted by the awesome folks at Fused Network. The theme was styled by the lovely Karen Geier and the 140 characters logo was designed by the talented Jeremy Vandermeij. And of course, the site idea and content is curated and created by Rannie Turingan.
I must also thank all the people whom have let me taken their portrait over the years. Without your inspiration, this site wouldn’t exist.
